Your irrigation system ages. The valves go bad and stick open or closed causing problems, Heads or Nozzles are broken and need replaced, Leaks occur on the main or lateral lines due to heavy equipment running over them, tree/plant roots breaking them, construction, etc.,   Note: It helps but not necessary to have an irrigation diagram of the irrigation system.

Note: Irrigation Repairs are done a time and material basis (Sales tax is added to all services/materials)

Irrigation Audits

Run each irrigation zone and look for broken sprinklers, low water pressure and water spraying where it is not needed (streets, sidewalks, driveways). Replace any broken sprinklers, correct water pressure accordingly, and make adjustments so your system is supplying water only where you want it. You also what to check watering time and schedules to avoid overwatering or watering during the wrong time.

Irrigation Diagrams

Do not have an irrigation diagram. I can draw one up for you it will be NTS (not to scale). I will need access to your irrigation controller to provide you with a useable diagram of your current irrigation system, including zone location, number of heads and type of heads per zone.
